Project Shine is a youth-led community initiative by CHCSA that creates joyful, enriching experiences for children and youth from underserved backgrounds. In partnership with SHINE Children and Youth Services, the project brought young beneficiaries on thoughtfully planned outings—from exciting adventures at KidZania to Amazing Races at the Singapore Zoo and celebratory events that mark important milestones.
For many participants, these are first-time experiences that leave a lasting impact. What makes Project Shine truly special is the heart behind it—our youth volunteers take the lead in planning and running every activity with care, energy, and compassion. More than just events, Project Shine is about building confidence, nurturing potential, and fostering a stronger, kinder community.
